Positive: Property was exceptional for our party of 8 (2 families). Superb location just outside of pool (less than 10 minutes drive). Facilities, including pool were excellent. Eric, the manager, met us at the property and explained many things which was very helpful.

Negative: Shade sails were very noisy given high winds.

Summary: Great spot for a big group
