Positive: Patio is amazing, beds were comfortable

Negative: Overall property is starting to look run down - pots and pans should have been replaced long ago. Horrible karaoke from a outside bar in town makes for some laughs at night - not's expect peace and quiet on the weekends. Missing shower door upstairs makes for a mess.

Summary: Great views, property needs some repairs.
