On entering Casa Fantastica, the most amazing view of the Manuel Antonio coastline literally leaps out at you. Casa Fantastica is a “Tropical Modern” style resort home that was built by owners that have designed, constructed, and managed many of the premier rental homes in Manuel Antonio. After many years of catering to their customers' needs, they built the best and most desirable vacation home in the area. The view that surrounds this setting is nothing less than spectacular. Looking out to the beautiful views you will see the endless rain forest full of amazing flora and fauna, Manuel Antonio National Park, and Cathedral Point Peninsula. There are daily visits from the tropical wildlife including three different species of monkeys, toucans, and other exotic birds . Private Chef and happy-hour bartending services are included with the rental (the cost of food and beverages is additional). Meal plans with or without alcohol to cover the food and drink costs are also available; please ask us for details.
The Villa: The 12,000 square foot, 4 level home is divided into two wings. The materials used are glass, rare woods, travertine marble, limestone, terrazzo, custom ceramic tiles, stucco, stainless steel, and copper. The entry-level features a waterfall entrance, a grand salon with large wet bar, flat-screen TV, sound system, 2 outdoor living rooms. Additionally the main level includes a 12 seat dining room, outdoor dining area for an additional 12, 2 half baths, BBQ, a gourmet kitchen with granite, stainless steel and wood counters, custom cabinets, and all custom-built modern appliances. Outside there is a hotel size pool with a graduated entry and infinity edge with ocean view. Very large parties can be hosted on this spectacular yet comfortable entry-level.
Luxury Bedrooms: The upper level houses the master suite, three large king bedrooms, and two covered balconies with generous seating. The lower level has a game room, a cinema, a gym, and another three bedrooms. The 4th level is where the second master suite is tucked away for maximum privacy, the 9th & 10th bedrooms and the spa. There are nine king-size beds and three twin beds, and all the beds are dressed in 500 count Egyptian cotton sheets with both feather and hypo-allergenic pillows. Every bedroom is air-conditioned and has a steel safe for valuables. The baths have tropical soaps, bathrobes and plenty of towels. Three bedrooms have ocean views; the rest are jungle views.
Cinema - Game room - Gym - Staff: The game room entertains with a regulation size pool table, Foosball, ping pong, and darts. Ocean view and sectional seating lines one wall. There is also an air-conditioned, 500 sq. ft. gym with 2 stationary bikes, a treadmill, universal machine, dial weights, and space for private classes. The theater is also air-conditioned and has a digital projector, sound system, terraced seating for 26 and wet bar with fridge and microwave for popcorn and other snacks.
Casa Fantastica has three housekeepers who care for the home six days a week and will see to all of your cleaning needs. Laundry service is provided bi-weekly for sheets and daily for towels that are left on the floor. Personal laundry service is provided once a week, and more are available and can be arranged for through your host. There is a gardener, pool service, and a maintenance man who is always on call. A private chef is included for two meals a day to provide fantastic meals for your entire group, cost of food is additional.
