As you enter the home you will be greeted with tile floors, formal dining & living room areas, and French doors that give access to the resort style pool. This home is furnished with impeccable contemporary furnishings, truly modern luxury at its finest. The open concept kitchen features a large island with breakfast bar, equipped with anything you will need to prepare a fine meal, including a 5-burner gas range. A perfect place to make that special meal while spending time with family and friends.
The spacious master bedroom features a convenient seating/office area, two large sliding glass doors that lead to the back patio and offer an abundance of natural light, dual his & her vanities, large soaking tub, travertine walk-in shower, and custom walk-in closet.. The expansive backyard is perfect for entertaining with a huge travertine patio, pebble tec pool Baja shelf, water slide & waterfall grotto, large pergola, fire pit and lush grass yard.
The neighborhood offers convenient access to shopping & restaurants including Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter, Desert Ridge/High Street, Phoenix Mtn Preserve, Sereno park, and so much more. This luxurious vacation rental is close to both the 101 and HWY 51.
House Rules
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest must be at least 25 years of age.
~All reservations must submit driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer.
~For stays 21 days or longer will be subject to utility overages.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder at an additional fee

Summary: We stayed here with our four adult children and two grandkids, everyone loved the property. It is exactly as pictured and the best feature is the pool and water slide. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the slide and hanging out in the pool. It required some upkeep as there is a big tree in the yard and the leaves were constantly dropping in the pool, but a quick skim of the water surface got it back in good shape. Debris did seem to accumulate at the bottom of the pool and the pool vacuum didn’t seem to be doing much but we still enjoyed the pool. The house is beautifully decorated and had some nice touches of comfort such as blankets for those who thought the air conditioning was too cool. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups and utensils for our group of nine, but was lacking in frying pans, there was only one 8 or 10 inch fry pan, which made it a little time consuming to cook breakfast for a big group.Another thing I thought was lacking was towel racks or hooks in the large master bathroom. There were just two hooks by the shower and another by one of the sinks so there was no where to hang a wet swimsuit or pool towel to dry and no where to hang a hand towel and washcloth by the sinks. It’s a large master bath so having towel racks or more hooks installed should be easy to do. These are just minor inconveniences, otherwise the house was exactly what we were looking for and we had an amazing time with our family.
