Located 2 minutes away from University Plaza (including Lazeez, Shinwa, Melโs etc.) and 7 minutes from Uptown Waterloo, my place includes:

- 32" TV (in bedroom)
- Washer and Dryer Ensuite
- Fully equipped kitchen including all essentials (stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave)
-Floor to ceiling windows
- Two Double Sized Beds
Other things to note:
1. No parties are permitted.
2. No unauthorized guests are permitted.
3. No smoking of any kind inside the home.
4. Check-In: 3:00PM & Check-Out: 10:00AM
