Positive: Great design and furniture, nice variety of games and a well stocked kitchen.
Negative: Pool was dirty from day one, and despite sharing pics with the owner it never got cleaned. There is also a non-disclosed fee to put the heater on. Communication is poor. There are too many different people replying to emails and none of them identify themselves. It’s clear they don’t talk to each other so you’ll find yourself repeating yourself, or getting different information each time. Decent location but traffic puts you realistically further away from the beach than google maps makes it look.
Summary: Cool looking place, comfortable and fun but a bit expensive given some of the tradeoffs.
