This oceanfront condo is designed for comfort and convenience. Access is easy with two elevators, and you'll find an in-unit washer/dryer to meet your family's needs during your stay. On-site amenities include a beachside gym, a refreshing pool, and a barbecue area for memorable outdoor dining experiences.
Your stay includes complete access to the entire condo along with the beach, gym, and other community facilities. With reserved parking for one vehicle and additional street parking available, you’ll have plenty of options to secure your mode of transport. We ensure that essentials such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper are well-stocked for your convenience. If you have any questions or require assistance during your stay, feel free to reach out.
Please note that there is ongoing construction at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Be prepared for some unsightly scaffolding and potential noise from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM. To accommodate these inconveniences, we have reduced our nightly rates by 20% through 2025. Should you wish to cancel your reservation due to construction concerns, rest assured that a full refund will be provided if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
