Summary: The house was short of paper supplies, ie. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, and a Kerig machine lol as I like fast coffee. Neil was an excellent property manager, he offered to reimburse for these supplies and even showed up with a Kerig when i said I had expected one! He also brought me a baby gate as I was worried my dog might fall down the steps. He is a really good guy and made our stay wonderful! The only thing is I was not prepared for a townhouse, so I will look for a condo next time with one floor:)
