The 81 m² gîte "Le Mélèze", a former stable of the Manoir du Crux, is set in a large enclosed garden. It is surrounded by fields and old trees and has a magnificent view of the Normandy bocage! It's an ideal place to spend a quiet holiday with family or friends, or to organise workshops and activities that lend themselves well to this location: pétanque, volleyball, etc. A separate annex (the former "De Crux" chapel) serves as a games room (table tennis, table football), and is used for music rehearsals or workshops.Note: it is possible to rent the gîte "Le Manoir de Crux" for 9 people (see abritel advert "Manoir de Crux AB 2066417)". ) The two gîtes each have a separate entrance, with an independent green/leisure area, garden furniture, barbecue and separate terraces.Le Mélèse is seductive in its simplicity and offers you all the comforts you need. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and a bright dining room with a large bay window giving access to the garden. On the 1st and 2nd floors are the bedrooms and a bathroom.
