Minutes from Miami and a short drive from world renowned John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, this lovely home is surrounded by many snorkeling and diving opportunities. Enjoy regular visits from the Manatees. Very easy access for boaters! You can park your boat on our dock and relax in the completely renovated outside area under the shaded canopy while lounging on the new furniture. You can clean all the fish you caught in the brand new outside sink and fish cleaning station. Enjoy a leisurely ride down the canal to the bay on the Kayaks or PaddleBoard or if you prefer you can lounge in the canal on the large floats. You can rinse off in the outside shower after a day out on the bay or canal. Lunch or dinner can be prepared outdoors on the new gas BBQ. Home is equipped with WiFi and two brand new large flat screen Smart TV that have Cable access. Master bedroom has a Queen bed and Second bedroom has a trundle of 2 twins which can also be used as a double. Brand new Kitchen and Bath and all new mattresses including a Queen sofa bed in Living Room. Lovely outside screened porch provides separate private relaxation area with canal view. Newly constructed outdoor shower and fish cleaning sink area. Ideally set in an area which offers unique access to a private beach and BBQ area, this is one of only 3 places in Key Largo and Islamorada with a private beach. Locally situated just a few blocks from a shopping center with a large grocery chain Publix, K-mart and numerous exquisite restaurants and activities. A bountiful Farmers Market where you can buy fresh fish, fruits and vegetables is a short distance away.
