Located inland with a splendid mountain view, Llevant is situated on a farm with four other properties. The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, radiator heating, a satellite television and a highchair (on request). The washing machine is located in a shared laundry area. Outside, there is a private balcony, a covered terrace and grill, along with a shared outdoor area, which boasts an open terrace, a pool and garden. The nearest supermarket is located in the nearby town of Llucmajor, which is 10 minutes (8km) by car. The nearest sandy beach (Platja des Trenc) is located 20 minutes (20km) drive away, though nearer to the apartment there is a stony beach with breathtaking cliffs at S'Estanyol de Migjorn (10 mins / 8km).
