This kitchen includes coffee makers, a large refrigerator, a wine chiller, and another expansive pantry. The sliding patio doors can fully retract, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, perfect for socializing with friends and family. This space features abundant dining seating, two comfortable sofas, and three TVs—ideal for sports enthusiasts.

One of the sofas even converts into a sleeper with a queen-sized bed for added convenience.

IMPORTANT POOL HEATING INFORMATION:

Please note that the cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. Requests for heating must be made 48 hours prior to your arrival. Pool heating is not available from May to September. The fee to heat the POOL is $100 per night from October to November and $150 per night from December to February. Heating from March to April is again $100 per night. We ensure the system heats the pool to 80 degrees; however, actual temperatures may vary based on weather conditions and are not guaranteed.

Once activated, the pool heating charge applies for the entirety of your stay. While we provide complimentary heating for the hot tub, please remember that both the swimming pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. Should you choose to switch from pool heating to the spa, kindly revert back to heating the pool afterward to maintain warmth. Furthermore, if temperatures drop below freezing (32 degrees), neither the pool nor hot tub can be heated. The hot tub requires approximately 45 minutes to reach the desired temperature, so plan accordingly.

We monitor pool temperatures remotely; if we detect the pool heat exceeds 80 degrees, an additional $200 charge per night will be applied. Lastly, we kindly request no alterations to the scheduled pool settings, as modifications incur a $100 fee for reprogramming and maintenance purposes.
