Positive: Nice and comfortable little house with modern deco in a quiet area with lots of parking spaces available. Short walking distance from the beach and town centre which was great. Spacious bedrooms and small outdoor space.
Negative: Not sure if it is just because the owner is new on the site and a one off but they sent us a message the evening before checking out telling us we had to do a full cleaning of the house before departure and told us to dispose of the rubbish as well,knowing they didn't have any wheelie bin outside...we had to take the rubbish with us as nowhere nearby enough to dispose of it... although I always make sure the places I stay in are clean before any departure, I was not impressed with that as not mentioned in booking and as we had decided to leave early and spend our last day in another town, a thorough clean of all the rooms was not a pleasant experience and we ended up checking out later than planned.
