Summary: We really wanted to love this resort. The location is perfect, the room view was gorgeous, and the pool was lovely. However, calling this a "luxury resort" is a stretch. The rooms are outdated, and the shower failed to drain throughout our entire 5-day stay leaving us standing in 2cm of old water every time we showered. To make matters worse, despite the policy stating rooms are cleaned every 3 days (with a $35 fee for earlier service), we had to ask twice on the 4th day just to get ours cleaned. For the price, there are much better options on the island.
