Summary: The place was beautiful, very modern and i love our condo. The designs and landscaping was beautiful and all the personnel were very nice. However, I had a very bad experience with mosquitoes. It was so bad ( day and night) they were out there all the time ready to bite the crap out of you. Unfortunately, I have an allergy with bugs bite and the skin swell. We also have a problem with the decaying odor of the sargassum algae. The rotten smell or sulfur odor that was all over the resort.and in our rooms. I am sorry, I know this is an environmental issue but it's so awful that made our stay very uncomfortable. With regards to the foods served in the restaurant, the breakfast was great, the drinks but the dinner was lacking or inadequate. We ordered pasta for our last night dinner, there were no garlic bread nor side salad that were served and the price was a little bit too high. The pictured posted on this survey was no where near the condition of the beach shore when we were there. This is a misrepresentation of the current condition of the resort. I am sorry, I am just being honest.
