Quiet (at the bottom of a private cul-de-sac), in the shade of the oak trees of the enclosed garden of 1200 m² and on the edge of the forest, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, the exotic wooden terrace. The children will find their happiness in the outdoor games provided (portico, hut, trampoline, ping-pong, basketball sign, etc.) as well as in the games room dedicated to them (board games, jigsaw, disguises, table football, billiards, books ...). In addition, you will have in this villa that wants to open on the garden, all the necessary comfort to spend pleasant holidays (equipped kitchen, internet access, laundry, Nespresso machine, freezer ...).
