This newly renovated home is fully furnished with stylish, contemporary decor and artwork. Enjoy the luxury of a large enclosed heated private pool with stunning views of a pond and lake. The property features an eat-in kitchen, a sizable pool area, wicker furniture on the outdoor patio, and a new BBQ grill for those perfect summer nights under the stars. You will also benefit from energy-efficient heating and cooling, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Your stay includes complete access to the entire property. Accommodating up to 18 guests comfortably, this home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. - The pool can be heated using solar or electric methods. Solar heating is complimentary, but if you prefer electric heating (especially during colder months), there is an additional fee of $100 to heat the pool for 12 hours. Payment for this service must be made via Zelle, and we recommend giving ample notice as the pool may take about eight hours to reach a comfortable temperature.
