Large ground floor house of 200m2, facing south-west, with a plot of 1500m2 minimum, essential comfort.
Ideal for a long stay with family to enjoy sunsets from the terrace, walk to the nearest cove.
Large living room, 4 bedrooms, one mezzanine, kitchen, a large bathroom, large terrace sheltered from the sun, small terrace in the sun.
A 5 minute drive to the port of Perdika, and 15 minutes drive to the port of Aegina.
15 minutes walk to a small cove where the beach is very beautiful and gently sloping on the sand.
The view of this house is a dream view, from morning to sunset, at all times of the year. That's why David, my sculptor friend built it here. I had even helped to build it in 1976.
The place is extremely quiet, you can go for long walks in the hills, and swim in clear water with a beautiful seascape.
All beds are comfortable, The hostess is very welcoming, and can also serve you good meals.
