While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.Other Things to Note:• POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:- Your rental includes heating for the in-ground pool in May and September.- The hot tub is always free to heat.- However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating.- If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know before you arrive.Extra Charges for Pool Heating:October and April: $200 per nightNovember through March: $300 per nightJanuary and February: Pool heating is not availableNo jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are metal cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.• DOGS: Due to the soft cedar wall paneling on the interior of this home we cannot allow dogs at this time.
