Admire the panoramic lake views and the daily sunrise, use our included tandem kayak, or cozy up by the crackling fire pit. Guest Access:
72 hours prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code for a seamless and secure self-check-in experience with smart locks. Guests will have access to the entire property. We're happy to accommodate guests' boats when possible! Feel free to park your boat in our 19ft x 44ft driveway during your stay, space permitting. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing a boat so we can discuss logistics. Water around our dock is shallow and the water depth varies seasonally. While we've hosted pontoons before, we cannot guarantee your specific boat can launch from our dock. Just half a mile away, there is a public launch nearby.
Need to rent a boat? We'll provide details of nearby boat rentals.
Our backyard does not have a beach area, and the water, while shallow, is not ideal for small children to swim in.
Other Things To Note:
~Vacationing with Pets~
✓ We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs of non-aggressive breeds, ages 2 or older. Proofs of recent rabies shot and vet-grade flea/tick medications required.
✓ Reach out for pet approval before submitting the booking request and agree to pet rules.
✓ Select "I'm traveling with pets" so the pet fee ($150 for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay) is properly included in the booking amount.
✓ We provide a 24"x36" dog kennel and dog bowls.
~Rental Agreement & Photo ID~
**IMPORTANT** To finalize the booking and receive property access code, within 2 days Guests must provide a picture of photo ID and e-sign the rental agreement.
~Refunds~
We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance. Additionally, violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund. For property protection and insurance purposes, there is a security camera covering the front entrance and it must remain active at all times.
We apply part of the booking fees to purchase damage protection on guests' behalf so we don't request a security deposit. Certain exclusions apply. Guests must report damages occurred during their stay to benefit from this coverage.

The best way to get around Oshkosh is by car, since you can explore not only the city, but the surrounding areas as well. This gives you flexibility to explore many locations that may not be as easily accessible by public transport. For those who prefer cycling, Oshkosh offers bike-friendly paths and lanes for you to reach your destinations safely (while taking in some incredible views!)
