The quiet lake house (25 sqm) situated in the idyllic Seedorf (district of the seaside resort Sellin).Guests will be surprised with a very nice design in the interior and exterior. Through the large windows or from the wooden deck you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the Neuensiener Jagschloss and experience magnificent sunsets here.For lake house also has a boat mooring and a slipway. Located in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen, here spend your holiday in an unspoilt nature Rügen. Until Seglerhafen there are only a few meters and the sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is also just 3 km away. Approximately 300m away is a small beach on the lagoon.The house has a combined living room and bedroom and is equipped for 2 guests. A modern bathroom with shower / WC and a small kitchenette completes the equipment.Barbecue and fishing are right on the water available.Also sailing boats can be mediated by us in the most beautiful natural harbor on Rügen. For a car and you have brought bicycles, free parking for or Storage facilities on the premises. If required, bicycles can be rented on site. In the high season runs regularly a small local bus free of Seedorf Sellin.In Seedorf, a popular meeting place for many sailors load port restaurants and smoked fish to linger and enjoy. Numerous hiking and biking trails are located in the immediate vicinity.A baker is also in place.

In the small kitchen includes a hob, fridge, sink, coffee maker and kettle available. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are of course already aufbezogen with linens.For a car, a free parking is available on the premises.
