You'll have access to a shallow, sandy cove when you're ready to get out on the water. You are welcome to paddle out from the private dock in one of the available kayaks. Water toys are also provided!Originally built in 1930, this property has been thoughtfully updated with central air-conditioning and an electric water heater (with better water pressure!) and is ready to host multi-generational groups. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, booster seat, and high chair.The living area features a children's play area with games and books, and classic cozy furnishings. The rich wood-paneled walls convey an authentic cabin atmosphere. After whipping up your favorite recipe in the full kitchen (no dishwasher), head outside to the picnic area shaded by towering trees.Things to KnowParking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Dock details: The dock is a few short steps away from the house. When entering the dock, you'll find a handrail with sturdy stairs which allow you to step into 2 ft of sandy bottom, with a gradual walk into deeper waters. The dock is an L-shaped and attached to a boulder. No boat mooring at the dock.Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
