Positive: Very nice and clean place, both house and garden. Pool is great and clean. No road traffic noise. Community garden is awesome, you can relax there surrounded by flowers, palms and citruses. Accommodation is good with minor issues. There is also storage behind the house where you can find stuff like beach umbrella, beach balls, some fins etc. Place is very good situated. Small village, if you don't have car, shop might be quite far. Bakery/beach is 500m, restaurant is 150m. On some days you can find on square some sellers with fruits, vegetables and cheese. If you have a car, go to Is Arenas beach. Borrow canoe in S'Archittu to have some fun.
Negative: We get to the place and realized the keys should be taken from Oristano (another 30min of travel). So we called to agency that has this accommodation on booking. They said we don't need to go to Oristano, but first we have to pay deposit. So we were kind of confused, we spent 1000€ for accommodation and another deposit should be sent without holding the keys in fact. Sounds like scam? :) In the end, we took video call, explained our concerns. Keys were on place, we picked up keys and happily paid deposit afterward. Another cons are just minor - small leak from toilet (few drops only) and missing dishwasher tablets. Neither separation nor how to deal with trash was clear for us, no instructions at all. All in all, the biggest issue was the lessor was not in place to present this accommodation.
