Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Newly renovated functional apartment. Has security camera in the stairwell to watch the building entry door. Fully stocked kitchen with fruits, spices, oil, coffee, and teas that supported our 5 nights stay. WiFi was stable and fast. Firm and comfortable bed. Sofa were comfortable to relax or to watch TV. Strong hot shower. Convenient Washer/Dryer combo (with provided detergent) that works great as we needed to do a load of laundry after 4 days of hiking. Most importantly, Wonderful Owners who are proactive to ensure that we are ready for the Check In process. Met us at the property to show us the apartment setup. Stayed in touch with us to ensure that everything was going well. There was a great bakery directly across the street so that we can grab breakfast. Great local restaurants with delicious food along the main road within 2km. Quinta Crespo and El Pole were the two places that we enjoyed. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Negative: Being that apartment faced the main road, the traffic was constant and therefore noisy. Traffic noise kept waking us up in the middle of the night when a large truck passed by. My recommendation to the Owners would be to install some double pane windows to dampen the road noise. It would also be nice if there was a dedicated parking spot for the apartment. There are 3 parking spots directly in front of the apartment building but they were first come, first serve so 2 nights we had to park 50-100m up the street.
