Summary: On arrival was told air con not working, they did put portable fans in room it was fixed on day 4. Expedia site said pool view room we got the back of commercial building view. We did not use balcony because of this it was very inviting. We would have booked other accommodation if we knew this was the view. Great area to stay in Kirra though.
