In the small village of Sveti Martin, the large country house, once owned by the noble Lazzarini family from Labin, catches the eye. A part of this property belongs to your host family and is called "Kaštel Pineta". Comfortably furnished and categorized with 4 stars, a total of seven holiday apartments are available for rent. Pineta also has a small restaurant open all year round in the main building from 5 to 10 p.m., where Florian, a professional chef, personally looks after the culinary well-being of his guests. Traditional recipes, fresh home-made products, carefully selected ingredients, healthy vegetables, fruits and home-grown herbs are the basis for lovingly prepared, delicious dishes. The main building also offers two apartments (type A1/A2). In 2004, the second part of the adjacent Palazzo Lazzarini was completely restored. There are four spacious and comfortable apartments (type B1/B2) and a wine cellar. A freshwater indoor swimming pool (7.40 x 16 m) with a large glass front, which can be fully opened to the sun terrace in summer and offers a wonderful view of the green nature, adds to the offer. Furthermore, there is a jacuzzi and an infrared sauna. A stone's throw away from the property is also the house of the host family, in which another apartment (type B3) is rented to guests. A cozy little hideaway for two persons, with modern furnishings and all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Of course, all the facilities of the Pineta estate are at the guests' disposal. Thanks to its privileged location in the green hinterland of the Istrian peninsula, the Pineta estate is not only suitable for a relaxing stay with culinary highlights, but also as a starting point for exciting excursions. The famous coastal towns such as Opatija, Pula and Rovinj are within a radius of 50 km and can be easily reached by car.
