The elegant bathrooms offer spacious walk-in showers with floor to ceiling custom glass tile, rain and handheld shower heads, floating vanities, white porcelain sinks, quartz counters, modern fixtures and plush towels. The ensuite primary bath has direct access to the backyard.

The highlight of this property is the resort-style outdoor retreat allowing you to experience the magnificent desert climate and spectacular mountain views. The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled and gated to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children or furry friends.
The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the 35 ft. sparkling pool (heating optional) perfect for swimming laps or floating aimlessly. It’s the perfect spot to capture the breathtaking western views of Mount San Jacinto, soaring 10,000 feet above the desert floor. There are plenty of sleek modern chaise lounges to enjoy a full day of PS sunshine from the west-facing patio. If shade is what you crave, hang out or nap under the cover of an umbrella in the deep cushioned seating area with rockers and glider. Assemble the entire group for a meal on the outdoor dining table that seats up to 8 under the covered breezeway overlooking the pool. At sunset, enjoy cocktails and conversation gathered around the natural gas fire pit under the canopy of twinkling desert stars. There’s also a natural gas BBQ, outdoor shower and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.
AMENITIES
For our guests added convenience we offer a full size LG washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry closet beside the kitchen, 2-car garage, Wi-Fi, HD smart TVs, living room surround sound system, phone service with unlimited long distance to US and Canada and estate disposal service. All high quality linens, bath and pool towels are provided too. Optional luxury services are available upon request, including mid-stay cleaning, private chef, poolside massage and pre-arrival grocery stocking.
OPTIONAL FEES
For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
