Summary: It is quite noisy that you can hear water running in pipes when your neighbor or upstairs take a shower. Hot water supply is not very stable but still acceptable. The room is not well ventilated, it is a bit smoky and I got my nose allergy soon after I enter the room. Though, the customer service from concierge is very great which is better than expected. You can tell they want to help at their best
