Positive: The location is excellent, away from all of the hussle/bussle but only 5 minutes walk to the nearest shop and 15 minutes to the nearest big supermarket. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the harbour front. There is an excellent restaurant (Pambis Diner) approx 10 minutes walk away with a great choice of food and beer at reasonable prices. The garden is full of little surprises and gets the sun all day. The house itself is exactly like the photos, everything works and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances you could wish for with air con in the main room downstairs and in the two bedrooms (the main bedroom also has a safe which was a bonus) upstairs. There was a bottle of water and coke in the fridge and a bowl of fruit ready for our arrival. The wifi is excellent with a signal all through the house. We didn't use the tv so can't comment on that. All in all we can't wait to return.
Negative: Absolutely nothing, everything was what we had hoped for, we honestly couldn't give any downsides to the property.
Summary: Highly recommended property with no downsides for us.
