Summary: Positive feedback - staff were very friendly, pool by bar was lovely and clean, definitely need to pay for a pool view, we were self-catering and everything was provided for this. Negative feedback - room was very dated, instructions for arrival gave no indication of how to access the hotel complex with a car or where to park to check-in. The directions all led to the pedestrian access. It was very confusing driving, we had to ask a hotel guest. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if it wasn't in Cala D'or. The resort was too busy for us and didn't provide the ambience that we were looking for. The coves were lovely to swim in though.
