Guests are welcome to bring their boats tie up to the cleats on the homes private boat dock, where you can explore the waters of Lake Anna, sit on Adirondack chairs on the dock and unwind, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the sandy beach area. Another great outdoor spot is the firepit area with seating enough for eight - gather around the fire for some storytelling while roasting marshmallows!
Upon entering this marvelous lake home, you will be greeted by a tremendous open floor plan with exposed wood beams, hardwood floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing natural light in. The centerpiece of this retreat is definitely the floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace - gather around the warmth of the fireplace and get ready for a cozy evening streaming your favorite shows and movies on the large smart TV. When mealtime comes, prepare exquisite homemade masterpieces in the well-appointed open kitchen, complete with granite counters, all stainless steel appliances (including a double oven), and a large pantry behind that barn door. Enjoy your homemade feast at the custom-built dining table that seats up to 12 people. The living room opens onto a spacious lakefront deck with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill.
This floor also houses two bedrooms and an office with a monitor. The primary suite boasts amazing lake views, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a separate soaking tub. The lower level has a family rec room with a smart TV and a foosball table, three bedrooms (each with an en suite bathroom), and a laundry room with a washer/dryer. And last, but definitely not least, the third level features a loft with beautiful views - it's a wonderful spot to get away for some quiet time!
