Positive: Close to piazza Navona, clean, with acceptable breakfast
Negative: Our party was 4 people with 2 rooms booked. Our friends stayed in main location and us management sent to another location 15 minutes walk. When we arrived we stayed as homeless beside entrance until someone in this guest house let us in inside building , because they had same experience.Receptionist Monika tried to solved our problem, but said ,that manager has no solution for us to stay in same location. She ,and she only was helpful. If timing is important for you this place isn’t for you. We asked to have breakfast at 8am. Every day it was about 15-30 minutes later. On our last day we ordered taxi for 8:30am. We supposed to have our breakfast at 8am. We left guest house about 8:25am without breakfast and we met our housemaid outside, that just arrived.
