This cute three bedroom house with detached one stall garage is the perfect location to enjoy all that the Grand Rapids area has to offer.
*Due to popular request, the house now has air conditioning, along with numerous ceiling fans.
Located within walking distance to downtown for shopping and dining (darling wine bar with excellent food and new brew pub with delicious food are a couple examples). Crystal Lake walkway and fishing pier are located a half block north of the house, as is the Itasca County fairgrounds. The fairgrounds are the gateway to miles of paved trails for biking or walking. The IRA Civic Center is eight blocks from the house should your family desire a convenient place to stay for kids' sporting events. The Myles Reif Performing Arts Center is ten blocks away. Nearby Tioga Trail offers exceptional mountain biking. The house is clean and comfortable with three bedrooms -- one king bed, one queen bed, one double bed and one twin. Enjoy fall evenings around the backyard firepit or cozy winter nights snuggled up in front of the indoor fireplace.
