Summary: The hotel is placed in the best location, right on the beach with just a short walk into town. The hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. The were a big let down for us. Very rude and not helpful. We returned one evening at 9.45pm and wanted a night cap. After waiting a long time at the bar no one came to serve us so we tried to connecting hotel. Still nothing. We walked back and found a a staff member who told us that bar was shut but the try the other bar so again we walked back through the hotel and it was closed too. Absolutely wasting our time. The next day we sat in the restaurant area, waiting 20 minutes to be served but again nothing. When asking a member of staff for service he replied, yes what do you want. Honestly the worst service I've had at a hotel and really put us off spending any money at the bar or restaurant. We avoided contact with the staff all together in the end. Swimming pool was quiet and relaxing. Salt water pool which I didn't realise until I opened my eyes under the water. Oops. Steam room as really relaxing too. Lots of people walking around in their robes. So it's a very relaxed place.
