The Ti Kaz 'Les Frangipaniers is located in Saint Pierre (south Reunion: its sweetness of life, its lively seafront, its beaches, its marina, its casino ...) in the residential sector of the "Paradis line". At the end of a dead end, the house enjoys a beautiful tranquility and a privileged location, 5 minutes drive from the city center of Saint Pierre. It is bordered by a preserved natural area, next to an old sugar factory (disused) classified historical monuments ..... Its 4 bedrooms are all air conditioned.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with a beautiful balcony and a children's room with 2 pull-out beds in rattan. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a bath screen and a shower column and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom of 18 mยฒ with bamboo canopy bed "queen size".
A large well-equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area with a table for 6 people and a lounge area with sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV and Orange channels. Also on the ground floor a separate toilet with hand washing and laundry (washing machine, iron and ironing board).
The living room opens onto a charming tropical veranda where one can take one's meals and relax with a table of 8 places and a bamboo bench of 2 meters x 1 meter.
