It has 90m2 of living space and a 15m2 balcony with sea views. The open living space is complemented by a high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. For the somewhat cooler season, a closed fireplace is available. The house has a central heating system. Our pool with sea view invites you to relax. Sun loungers are available. The 15 square meter balcony of the house offers a view of the tranquil bay of Cala Morisca. This can be reached on an adventure trail in 15 minutes on foot. It is also known as a smugglers' bay and is well worth a visit. The larger, yet original Cala Canyelles can be reached in 2 minutes by car. Here you will find the boat harbor, a beach bar, the restaurant Cala Canyelles, which invites you to the typical Spanish Cortado or the Iberian ham.
