Positive: Excellent home. It is larger that it apears in Photos, big kitchen with all you need, toaster, electric stove, even dish washing machine. Big livingroom, with very confortable sofas. There are exterior shutters, very convenient for maintaing the dark for a good sleep, 2 excellent bathrooms, washing machine for your clothes. The terace is huge. The bed în Main bedroom is a dream, the most confortable bed ever, the bed în children room is confortable, but there is a creak on every move. It is 3 minute walk from center of the village with restaurants and cofeeshops. The beach is 5 minute away by car. It is a great place to explore Sithonia with it's beautifull beaches and great people. The owner is very nice, we informed him on our last day that the wi fi is broken and he solved the problem în no time. We stayed one night before at another place, same price, but smaller and not so cozy, and we had to move because we had noisy neighbours and we stayed awake until 2 în the morning because of them.We were so lucky we found this house free and we moved here. For three nights we were alone in the house, it was like heaven, quiet, spatious, a home away from home.After 3 nights, we had neighbours upstairs, it was not so quiet, but they made noises just for one hour, after 12 am, and we woke up just for 1 hour every night. In the day, they were away, so we could sleep in the afternoon to get the rest we needed. So, do yourself a favour and choose this place , is wonderful, more than you need for a family of four.

Negative: The little inconvinience was the sonority of the house, if there are people who live in the apartment upstairs and they decide to go to sleep later in the night, or take a shower, or stomp with their slippers on, or maybe talk loudly or laugh , it could be a problem. You can hear the dragging chairs, the stuff which falls on the floor with big noise, the slamming doors... But this is not a problem of the house, but a lack of education of the persons who do that kind of noises late in the night, without caring that there is anybody else in the house who wants to sleep on a normal hour..If you are the person who comes in vacation to stay late and want to talk loudly and throw stuff on the floor late at night, please do not disturb this beautiful , quiet place. Go to a hotel, go to a place with people like you, or, better, go to the zoo :)
