Summary: I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. First, I would like to compliment you on the beautiful renovation of the hotel; the updates are truly impressive and aesthetically pleasing.However, I wanted to bring a specific issue to your attention regarding the plumbing. The water flow in the WC is exceptionally loud. Because the walls are quite thin, the noise from the toilet flush is highly noticeable and became rather annoying during my stay.Adjusting or reducing the water flow rate could likely resolve this issue and significantly improve the comfort of the room. I hope this constructive feedback is helpful for future adjustments, as the hotel itself is lovely.
