Summary: Reliable hotel, staffs are very friendly, food is made in the hotel as ordered and good quality, they can pick you up from airport or drop off. Also if you need taxi to go to another place, they can arrange it. The room I stayed in was good. It has belcony, cable TV, hot & cold water etc.
