Positive: We arrived early at the hotel to leave our luggage and were happily surprised to be able to check in and get our keys.The staff were helpful and friendly especially when filling out the online registration. Then when we asked if they had a kettle we could use for our room, we were given one. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
