Summary: Amazing room and view, and great reception, porter and cleaning staff. However, numerous poor experiences with waiters and waitresses in the afternoon and evening time including poor service. The cooked breakfast options were mainly cold. Slightly disappointing given the price paid to stay here. Would recommend Prova Restaurant down the promenade - great meals, served hot and large portions, with great service and low prices.
