Summary: The front desk were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel is great in a convenient location and very clean, I especially like the design of the room, functional and comfortable. the only downside part, the kitchen staff didn’t allow us to get a second cup of hot water where we were told by the front desk we can get free coffee and water etc from the lounge/multifuncational area.
