Summary: This is a nice hotel in a great location but on our visit the management let us down. We were put on top floor with daily refurbishment next door, no peaceful sleep in for us. The noisy work seemed only necessary in the morning, banging and masonry drills screaming, couldn’t the work be organized to get the noisy work done after lunch and quiet work in the morning? There is an elevator but it was temporarily out of service, on a 3 level hotel I would expect management to get it fixed promptly. Secondly the hotel wasn’t full so why put guests on the highest floor. It seemed to me the management were indifferent to the enjoyment of the guests so I would not recommend this property nor consider it for a future stay.
