Positive: was good that the reception guy helped us quite good, but the problem was we will try to get access to the swimming pool but apparently the swimming pool was next hotel and the guy who worked the swimming pool was off and we couldn’t use the facility
Negative: No advertising was with pictures that had the outside swimming pool with a but then they told us that it was a couple of meter away from the another hotel that we can use a facility but the guy who was a swimming pool staff guy he was off couldn’t use the facilities
