Summary: The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. I dids not eat dinner but the breakfast and apres ski selections excellent and offered a lot of choices incl lox at breakfast, delicious fresh fruits. and cheese and meats and soup and pastries. fresh rolls and a salad bar after skiing. My room Was very clean and included a balcont with a great view of the Dolomites. Did not try the spa but everything is packed and ready for your visit. Wld come back im a heart beat.
