Positive: The staff were so lovely and friendly, and made me feel very safe and welcome as a solo female traveller! The room was spacious and clean and the location was perfect. It was great walking distance to the train station as well as Rosshutte funicular. Many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby! I didn't get a chance to use the spa but it smelled amazing. Enjoyed the little touches like having a table saved for you for breakfast and a little newsletter to tell you about activities and the area.
Negative: Pillows were pretty flat and the curtains could do with a change!
Summary: Lovely hotel - highly recommended!
