Summary: The hotel is nice if a littel dated. Our room was big and spacious with a well stocked fridge and snack bar. The fire place is very nice. The balcony is shared with other rooms on the same side of the building and floor The grout around the tub is cracking and falling apart and water pressure in the shower was not good, The staff should be trained to help guest with normal travel questions. I needed to rent a car and no one at the front desk could help. The one employee behind the counter said - Im not even old enough to rent a car - that shouldnt exclude her from being able to help a customer with info.
