Positive: Right in the city center, in the same building there is a bakery where you can have breakfast
Negative: I would change the doors, they open poorly. Also, when you open the window, the air conditioner smells really bad, but it can be cleaned. And everyone who complains about the bad smell, if you close the window, it won't stink, since the smell is coming from outside, from the air conditioner.
Summary: Thank you for the stay. The location is perfect, just need a bit of adjustments :)
