DESCRIPTION:
The Hondalea apartment is an exclusive property located in a newly built urbanisation right in the centre of San Sebastian, just a stone's throw from La Concha Beach and the city's shopping and pedestrian area.
The property, whose exquisite decoration has been done by FeelFree's team of interior designers in 2021, is spread over two floors and has two terraces.
On the main floor, there is a large and bright open-plan space divided between the living-dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all major and minor appliances, as well as complete kitchenware. The living room is a pleasant space, with large windows and plenty of light and equipped with comfortable sofas, in which to enjoy pleasant gatherings with family or friends. From the living room there is access to a beautiful terrace with wonderful panoramic views over the city. The terrace has a relaxation area with hammocks and an outdoor dining area. The whole apartment has radiant floor cooling system.
Two of the bedrooms are also located on this floor. The master bedroom is a suite equipped with a 160 cm double bed, dressing area and bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, next to this bedroom there is another bathroom.
On the ground floor of Hondalea are the other two bedrooms and a third bathroom. Next to these, there is a more informal TV area, created to offer a second living area for the younger guests, and which completes the layout of this accommodation, highly recommended for a large family or a large group of friends.
The Hondalea apartment also has, included in the price, a double parking space, a must if you come to San Sebastian by car.
