Summary: Has lost its touch little by little. Have stayed here 3 times and each year we notice it’s gone downhill a bit. Spent 4 days before they finally cleaned our room and that was because I had to request it multiple times. Trash by the ice machine wasn’t picked up often leading to overflow.
